As Operations Manager, Northern Region Greg is responsible for building a viable business unit, maintaining focus on the growth of MVM Rail, managing the deployment of the construction teams, management of plant and ensuring that the group is profitable. He is also responsible for ensuring the safety and integrity of all works undertaken.Greg has over 25 years experience in the rail industry varying from permanent way construction and maintenance though to management of multi discipline projects involving both hard dollar and alliance delivery styles.
