Mr Bowen has 22 years experience in the contracting industry. His experience covers open cut, underground and civil engineering in both Australia and overseas.
Currently Mr Bowen serves as a director of Asia Pacific Transport Pty Ltd and the Australian Constructors Association Limited. Mr Bowen is also a member of the Executive Council of the Chamber of Minerals, Energy WA and the WA Council AICD.
