MVM Rail Graduate Development Program
In conjunction with Macmahon Contractors, the MVM Rail Graduate Development Program is designed to give civil engineering candidates a hands-on introduction to the world of rail construction. Candidates are provided with 3 years of real world experience, support and outcome driven development. The aim of which is to create high performing, capable engineers and future leaders.Throughout the course of the program candidates are given opportunities to get involved in multiple projects and different types of work with mentoring and training from industry leaders. This is complimented with the opportunity to achieve professional chartered status as an engineer.
Regular performance, development and salary reviews mean candidates receive continuous feedback on their progress with the company. This ensures that at the completion of the program graduates will have gained a comprehensive range of technical and professional skills and the best foundation for a successful future in the industry.
